R2 (Responsible Recycling) Policy

4. Protect the environment and prevent pollution;
5. Ensure the security of materials;
6. Prevent workplace injury and ill health;
7. Ensure communication and understanding of systems and guidelines;
8. Strive for continual improvement;
9. Ensure timely revision and maintenance of company policies;
10. Establish environmental, occupational health & safety, returns, and security policies;
11. Data security — We ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of data, practices, and procedures so that unauthorized individuals or groups cannot use or access information;
12. Reuse — We take all practicable measures to make tested mobile devices reusable and resalable, unless otherwise instructed by the customer;
13. Data recovery / recycling — We take all practicable steps to manually dismantle non-usable mobile device components. We maintain a focused data management plan and deliver materials to appropriate recyclers;
14. Energy recovery or landfill — Unless no practicable reuse or recycling option exists, we will not send any components or data to incineration, energy recovery, or landfill disposal facilities.
